Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are located in Dickson, Tennessee the state of Tennessee requires us to collect 9.75% sales tax from all Tennessee residents.

How can I get a shipping quote?
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose. After adding a item to your shopping cart you are then presented with your shipping options and prices.

All of the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa and all the countries in the European Union. We offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International Mail options. There are no returns, refunds or cancellations on items shipped to foreign countries (does not apply to APO and FPO addresses).

Do you ship to APO addresses?
We PROUDLY support our troops serving overseas by shipping to APO and FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service.

Do you accept orders by mail?
Online ordering from our website is safe and secure and your payment information is not stored on our servers for long periods of time. We do understand that many people are still reluctant to enter their personal information online, thus we do accept payments by mail. Please add all the items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart and choose your shipping method, then print off the view cart page and mail that along with your payment to us at Sewing Style 93a Mathis Drive Dickson, TN 37055.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Online Checks through our own payment gateway, PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Online Checks) and Google Checkout (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

I cannot on your site the part I need, can you still get it for me?
We have access to hundreds of thousands of parts and accessories through our various partners. Just email us at info@sewingstyle.com and include all of your machine's information and a thorough description of the part and we will do our best to find the part or a alternative for you. Please note that we are able to locate over 90% of the parts our customers inquire about.

What does replacement mean?
We offer both Genuine and Replacement parts and supplies. Due to the hundreds of off brands we carry we just label them as Replacement to reduce confusion.

Are your products new or used?
All of our products are brand new and factory sealed.

Are your instruction manuals photocopies?
We don't photocopy any instruction manuals, however some of the instruction manuals we receive from the manufacturers are photocopied as there is not enough demand for them to continue printing originals.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders are shipped out the someday we receive them, however we require up to 4 days to process each order before shipping.

Do you have a storefront?
Unlike most of our competitors we are an internet based company without any stores. This allows us to be 100% dedicated to SewingStyle.com and it's customer based. Update: Due to our site's success we now have plans to launch two storefronts in 2008 here in middle Tennessee.

Can I call in my order?
We are not currently setup to accept telephone orders so please place your order online and if you have any questions please send us an email and we will reply within 48 hours. We hope to have the infrastructure setup to accept telephone orders and inquiries by May 2008.

I have a promotional code and cannot get it to work correctly.
In order to use all promotional codes you must select Google Checkout as your payment option at time of checkout. After you have done so you will be taken to Google's site where you enter your payment information and can then place your order. The coupon code box is located on the page after you enter your payment information, as shown in the screenshot below. Once you have entered your promotional code press the 'apply' button and this page will reload showing your discount.

How do I order?
Let us guide you through the buying processes on our web store. Please follow the below given steps:

1. Type in the desired quantity in the quantity box then press the "Purchase" button (Should have a red border around it).



2. You will then be directed to the shipping options page. Here you will need to select your Destination Country then type in your Package Destination ZIP/Postal Code and select your desired shipping method via drop down menu.



3. Click "Submit your choices" button. (Above Image)
4. You are then taken to your view cart page where you can update the shipping method, order quantity, remove items or add items and then click “change qty” to update your cart.



5. You can then either add more items to your cart by clicking the red "Continue Shopping" image. (Above Image)
6. Click the red “Check Out New” image when done shopping. (Above Image)
7. You will then be presented with a payment options page where you can make your desired selection.
